I started using the BSW Techniques after my brother came to talk to me about me having PTSD from my job. I knew something was wrong, but I didn’t know it was PTSD. My doctor just kept telling me that I had to accept how much stress my job caused. I was taking prescription after prescription. Always within a few months. The problems came back and always worse.

My brother had come to see me because I had a huge problem at work. He knew me better than I knew myself. He made me go to a seminar on PTSD. The seminar was a whole new view of PTSD. It was about nanotechnology finding out that PTSD is not a mental illness. PTSD happens in the brain instead of the mind. Then the speaker had us learn neurokinesis techniques that you do on your own hands or head.

To say I was skeptical, is being very polite. I was cynical. I was thinking it was a waste of my precious time. I do not have PTSD. I do not believe I need the neurokinesis. I had real problems that came from serious issues from my job.  I decided to head out to my job when the lunch break came. Then the speaker did a PowerPoint for explaining the BSW Employee Family Support Programs. That is what got my attention.

I called our business lawyer and had him join me for the afternoon segment of the BSW seminar. When I saw the amount of financial savings that the workplace health program achieved, I was ecstatic. I listened to the speakers from multiple states. I met the Director of the BSW Academy-USA who lives in Florida. I met First Responders, Doctors, and professionals from around the world. I learned the Justice system and schools were making plans to use the BSW programs to reduce suicides and violence. A pilot program for this was happening in New Zealand. Every person had personal antidotes of seeing and experiencing incredible results.

I finally saw how to save my company from the ever-spiraling costs of employee insurance coverage and insurance claims. Our lawyer agreed with me. I had the solution I needed for the crisis at my company. Rather than getting into expensive legal problems because of a violent exchange that had occurred between coworkers, I had a solution that I would be able to use as a negotiation tool and benefit every person involved and my company.
