The BSW techniques used for the BSW Witness Prep Program are a proprietary intellectual property solely owned by the originator of the BSW techniques. We are the only organization that has the BSW Witness Prep Program available to be taught for official certification in this proprietary technique. To be certified, the coach or paralegal must demonstrate to the BSW Academy, having learned to get the results the witness needs. Any other organization or individual claiming to do the BSW Techniques needs to provide you with proof of official certification by our organization.
